Value Streams and Processes
The value streams and processes dimension focuses on how the organization coordinates its activities to create value through products and services. The integration of activities enables the organization to deliver efficient and effective value to its stakeholders.
Information and Technology
The information and technology dimension includes the knowledge and technologies necessary for managing services. It also encompasses the information, databases, and infrastructure required for the organization to function effectively.
